判断给定的日期时间是否是联邦假日。

描述

此原语目前仅适用于美国和加拿大，日期范围在 1950 年至 2100 年之间。

参数:

country (str) – 用于确定假日的国家。默认为 'US'。应为以下可用国家之一： https://github.com/dr-prodigy/python-holidays#available-countries
